Nia is a lot to do with noticing what feels pleasurable in your movement and then allowing more of that. And a great way to find out what that is, is to dance it.
In this week’s classes we bring our attention to the core of the body, meaning our head, chest and the pelvic areas.
We’ll play with collapsing these regions of the body, and then encouraging more fluidity, more expression and range of movement. In a number of ways and intensity levels, and all at your body’s own pace.
No it won’t be painful and yes you’ll most likely gain more enjoyment in the way you move. Both in the class and through your daily life.
